Photography and Timeline Planning

You will receive a comprehensive guide that will help your whole planning process from engagement session to your big day.

Minimum Coverage

Photography coverage starts from up to 8 hours to ensure we don't miss a thing.

Web Gallery

Clients receive a password-protected online gallery to share with family and friends. The gallery will be available for a minimum of three years.

High resolution images

High resolution jpg images will be provided that are optimal for printing. The images will be compressed using patented technology to preserve every pixel that matters, while reducing file size. Your images look identical to the original. This means you can upload the same images to social media such as Facebook or Instagram.

Wedding Package

Basic wedding coverage begins at $4,100 and includes up to 8 hours of wedding coverage by Hubert Duong and one other professional photographer, an online photo gallery for sharing and printing, digital download of your high resolution images, complimentary USB Drive, printing rights, and complimentary keepsake box.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Not at this time! I love capturing weddings in new and beautiful locations, but I prefer to stay local to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. I am willing to travel for weddings in Austin and Houston. Travel fees apply!

2. What’s included in your wedding photography packages?

Each package includes a set number of hours of coverage, professionally edited high-resolution images, an online gallery for easy sharing, and print rights. Some packages also include an engagement session, second photographer, or wedding albums.

3. How do we book you?

To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable down payment are required. The remaining balance is due before your wedding day. Contact me to check availability and discuss the details!

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All packages include digital files and additionally I offer high-quality albums and prints so you can cherish your photos for years to come. I’ll help you design a custom album that tells the story of your wedding day.

5. How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

It’s best to book as soon as you have your wedding date set! Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season. Most couples book 9-12 months in advance to secure their preferred photographer.

6. How many photos will we receive?

On average, you can expect to receive 50-100 edited photos per hour of coverage. The final count varies depending on the length of coverage, wedding events, and the number of photographers. There is a minimum of 700 photos delivered for an 8 hour wedding day.

7. Do you offer engagement sessions?

Absolutely! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other before the big day. They also help you feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
